Edit, move, or delete a filter group in a segment

You can edit, move, and delete filter groups in a segment that has a Draft status. This can change the order in which Sitecore CDP calculates the segment.

Edit a filter group in a segment

To edit a filter group:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Batch segments > Batch segments.

  2. Click the segment you want to edit.

  3. In the segment builder, under Segment rules, edit the filter group by adding rules, changing comparators, or more.

  4. To save a filter group, click .

Move a filter group in a segment

You can move a filter group in a segment if you want to change the order in which Sitecore CDP calculates the segment.

To move a filter group:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Batch segments > Batch segments.

  2. Click the segment you want to edit.

  3. In the segment builder, under Segment rules, click the Horizontal Ellipsis next to the filter group and click Move Group Up or Move Group Down.

Delete a filter group in a segment

To delete a filter group:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Batch segments > Batch segments.

  2. Click the segment you want to delete.

  3. In the segment builder, under Segment rules, click the Horizontal Ellipsis next to the filter group and click Delete Group.
