Manage company information in Sitecore Personalize

Abstract

How to manage your company's information such as the timezone, currency, language, and more in Sitecore Personalize.

You can manage your company's information such as the timezone, currency, and language in the System Settings section. You must be assigned an Enterprise User Manager or Enterprise Admin role in Sitecore Personalize to edit company information.

To manage company information:

  1. In the navigation pane, hover over the tenant name, and click your name, as shown in the following image. The My Profile screen displays.

  2. In the System Settings section, click the Company Information link. The Company Information screen displays.

  3. Complete the following fields in the Company Information screen:

    • Company Name - enter your organization's name.

    • Time Zone - select your organization's time zone from the drop-down list. This field determines the time zone that displays in the Sitecore Personalize UI.

    • Currency - select your organization's currency from the drop-down list. This field determines the currency in which monetary values display in the Sitecore Personalize UI. This is not the currency accepted by the Sitecore Personalize APIs.

    • Language - select your organization's primary language from the drop-down list.

    • Date Format - select your organization's date format from the drop-down list. This field determines the format in which dates display in the Sitecore Personalize UI. This is not the date format accepted by the Sitecore Personalize APIs.

    • Cookie Domain - enter your organization's cookie domain. This is the domain name that displays in the Address Bar of the guest's browser, for example, .yourorganization.io

    • Contact Email - enter your organization's contact email address. This is the address where password resets and other email messages are sent.

    • Contact Phone - enter your organization's contact phone number.

  4. Click Save.
