# Manage media

You can view, [create](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/content-authoring/manage-media/create-a-media-item.html "Create a media item"), [modify](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/content-authoring/manage-media/edit-a-media-item.html "Edit a media item"), and [publish](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/content-authoring/publish-content-or-media.md "Publish content or media") media items from the **Media** page, which is accessible from the menu bar. To create media items, you upload media files to Content Hub ONE. Finished uploads are shown in the **Uploads complete** drawer.

You can change how media items are displayed by clicking the **Grid view** ![view-module-outline-chone.png](https://doc.sitecore.com/api/markdown-image/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/images/view-module-outline-chone.png)or **List view** ![view-list-outline-chone.png](https://doc.sitecore.com/api/markdown-image/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/images/view-list-outline-chone.png)buttons.

You can also [download a media item](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/content-authoring/manage-media/download-a-media-item.html "Download a media item") if needed or [delete it](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch-one/en/users/content-hub-one/content-authoring/manage-media/delete-a-media-item.html "Delete a media item") when no longer required.
