Access management
In Content Hub ONE, access is granted at the following levels:
Organization access
At an organizational level, a team member can have one of the following access levels:
Access level | Description |
---|---|
Owner | Oversees access for the organization and grants Admin permissions for each Content Hub ONE instance. For each instance, the Admin grants access to the various apps within the organization. |
Admin | An Admin user can invite other users to the organization and can access all apps. The organization Admin is automatically granted Admin access for all the apps in the organization and can access all available instances (for example, Content Hub ONE and XM Cloud). An Admin user can also manage team members. In Content Hub ONE, an Admin can create content types as well as generate API keys and see OAuth client credentials. Content modelers and developers are usually assigned the Admin role. |
User | A User has permissions only for specific apps within that organization. A user cannot invite other users to the organization and can only create, manage, and publish content and media. Content authors are usually assigned the User role. |
App access
For each app in the organization, a team member can have one of the following access levels:
Access level | Description |
---|---|
Admin | Admin access is automatically granted for all apps when the user is an Admin at the organization level. |
User | A User can only access specific apps within that organization. |
