Trigger actions

Trigger actions are the tasks that execute each time the trigger event occurs and the trigger conditions are met. Trigger actions have an execution type and an execution phase.

You configure the trigger objective and execution type on the General tab when you create a trigger.

Add a trigger action

Sitecore Content Hub™ supports five types of actions.

To add a trigger action:

  1. On the trigger details page, click the Actions tab.

  2. In the desired phase, click Add action.

  3. In the Search box, enter the name of the desired action and select it.

To delete or edit the actions available for a trigger, click Manage actions.
