# Configure CORS for your external app

> To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through [user group policies](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/en/user-group-policies.html).

To display the [Embedding SDK](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/developers/cloud-dev/embedding-sdk.html "Embedding SDK") asset picker in your external app, you must configure CORS for Content Hub.

To configure CORS for your external app:

1. In Content Hub, on the menu bar, click **Manage** :mdiCogOutline:.
2. On the **Manage** page, click **Settings**.
3. On the **Settings** page, in the **Search** box, type *CORSConfiguration*.
4. In the **PortalConfiguration** list, select **CORSConfiguration**.
5. On the **CORSConfiguration** page, in the URL field, enter the URL of your app and click **Add**.
6. Click **Save**.
