Add items to a taxonomy
When you change taxonomy values, you need to clear the datasource cache for the changes to be applied.
To add items to a taxonomy:

On the menu bar, click Manage

On the Manage page, click Taxonomy.

On the Taxonomy page, click the taxonomy you want to modify.

On the Taxonomy Management page, click Add
.

In the right-hand pane, enter a name and then fill out the fields available for the current taxonomy. The fields vary according to the taxonomy type.
By default, new taxonomies are published to the delivery platform. To change this, in the Publishing section, turn on the Don't publish to delivery platform switch.

Click Save.

Repeat steps 4 through 6 to add as many items as you want.

Additionally, you can create child items. To do this, click an existing taxonomy item before adding a new one under it.
Master is a reserved internal label. Do not use it as the taxonomy identifier. For example, using Creation.Master or CMP.Creation.Master results in an error. You can, however, use it in combinations such as CreationType.Master or MasterDM.Creation.
