Note

You can sort content without performing a search or applying a filter first.

To sort page content:

  1. On the toolbar of any page containing sortable content (for example, Assets, content Search, Project content, and so on), click the option you want in the Sort by list (for example, Relevance, Title, Name, Filename, Date created or Date modified, and so on).

  2. To change the sorting order, click Reverse sort direction to sort alphabetically or to sort numerically sort numerically. This option is not available when sorting by Relevance.

Note

When you use sort features, you might see duplicate assets because a new query is executed each time you change a filter or navigate to another page.
