Add content to the Campaigns page

To add content to the Campaigns page, you create campaigns either manually or using a template. When you use a template, the new campaign inherits template properties such as Campaign type and Localizations. A campaign created from a template is itself a template by default.

To create a campaign:

  1. In the top-right corner of the Campaigns page, click + Campaign, and select + Campaign.

  2. On the Campaign dialog box, fill out the following fields.

    Field Description Mandatory
    Name Campaign name. Yes
    Start date Start date of the campaign. No
    End date End date of the campaign. No
    Assigned user group User groups assigned to the campaign. No
    Campaign type Type of campaign. No
    Locale Campaign localization. No
    Is template If enabled, you can use this campaign as a template to create new campaigns. No

  3. Click Save.

Note

You might need to fill out other fields depending on your Sitecore Content Hub instance configuration.

To create a campaign using a template:

  1. In the top-right corner of the Campaigns page, click + Campaign, then select + From template.

  2. In the From template dialog box, fill out the following fields.

    Field Description Mandatory
    Template Template used to create the new campaign. List of campaign templates defined in your solution.
    Name Campaign name. String value
    Start date Start date of the campaign. DateTime selector
    End date End date of the campaign. DateTime selector

  3. Click Save.
