Add a state flow component

Note

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

After you enable a state flow definition, you must add an operation to the definition detail page. You must also add the state flow operations to the target detail page, which makes the transition buttons visible.

To add a state flow component:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage cog icon.

  2. On the Manage page, click Pages.

  3. On the Pages page, select the details page you want.

  4. On the Layout tab, click Add component plus sign for the zone you want to modify.

  5. In the Add component dialog, click Entity operations, define a name for the component, turn on the Visible switch, and then click Add.

  6. On the Layout tab, click the Entity operation component.

  7. On the component detail page, click Add operation and select State flow transitions.

  8. In the OPERATION SETTINGS section, from the Display options list, specify which state flows are applicable for the target definition objects. When there are no state flows selected, all existing state flows are available.

  9. Click Save.
