# Add state flow transitions on the Annotations page

> To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through [user group policies](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/user-group-policies.html "User group policies").

To streamline the review process, you can add a **State flow transitions** operation to the **Annotations** page. This means reviewers can annotate and move assets to a different state, from the same page.

> [!note]
> **Before you begin**
> - [Enable state flows](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/enable-state-flows.html "Enable state flows") for the asset definition.
>
> - [Create a state flow](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/create-a-state-flow.html "Create a state flow") for the asset definition.

To add state flow transitions on the **Annotations** page:

1. On the menu bar, click **Manage** :mdiCogOutline:.
2. On the **Manage** page, click **Pages**.
3. On the **Pages** page, select the **Annotations** page.
4. On the **Layout** tab, to ensure custom settings are enabled, click **Enable custom settings** :mdiAccountOutline:, and then click the **Entity operations** component.
5. On the **EntityOperations component** page, click **Add operation**, then click **State flow transitions**.
6. Configure the [State flow transitions](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/operations.html#UUID-4a7c0245-92d1-e55c-9460-cd7b2154f93f_section-id235267709799292 "State flow transitions") settings, then click **Save**.
