# Approve or reject DRM requests

In Sitecore Content Hub, projects or tasks that include assets under [digital rights management (DRM)](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/digital-rights-management.html "Digital rights management") must be approved by a user who is a member of the *M.builtin.DRM.Administrators* and *M.builtin.DRM.Everyone* user groups.

> When a DRM request is approved or rejected, a notification is sent through [the email approval flow](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/configure-the-drm-settings.html "Configure the DRM settings"). The request comment is recorded on the task details page.

To approve or reject DRM requests:

1. On the menu bar, click **Project** > **DRM requests**.
2. On the **DRM requests** page, click one of the following tabs:
    - **DRM requests projects** - displays all DRM requests and their associated status.
    - **DRM requests tasks** - displays pending DRM [request tasks](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/task-types.html "Task types").
3. Select the check boxes next to the requests you want to approve or reject.

    > [!tip]
    > You can use **Select all** to quickly select or deselect all available tasks.

4. Click **Approve** or **Reject**.
