# Collections

A collection is a group of assets, which can be shared with other users, allowing collaboration on that collection [through comments](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/add-comments-to-collections.html "Add comments to collections").

After [creating a collection](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/create-collections.html "Create collections"), you can [add assets](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/add-assets-to-collections.html "Add assets to collections") from your repository. Adding an asset to a collection does not create a duplicate asset, but rather a reference to the existing asset, meaning that any changes to that asset are represented in every collection the asset is in.

To access the **Collections** page, on the menu bar, click **Collections**. You can organize your collections using the display and sorting options. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to perform a full-text search on them.
