# Complete a quick action

Each job follows a dedicated state flow, and each state includes a set of [quick actions](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/task-types.html "Task types"). When the last action in a state flow is completed, the job itself is complete.

To complete a quick action:

1. On the menu bar, click **Project** > **Jobs**.
2. On the **Jobs** page, click the job you want to update.
3. On the job state flow page, after completing all quick actions for the current state, click the top-right button to move the job to the next state. In the following example, you are required to upload an image and then click **Send for review**:

> Some states let you return to the previous state to restart or update it. In such cases, two buttons are available: one to move forward, and one to move back.
