Navigation This functionality requires elevated permissions.

The Navigation component provides a button that lets users navigate to other pages in Sitecore Content Hub. If you specify a single target page for this component, it displays a button that redirects users when they click it; if you specify multiple target pages, it displays a menu from which users can choose a destination.

To add a Navigation component:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage .

  2. On the Manage page, click Pages.

  3. On the Pages page, select the page you want to modify.

  4. On the Layout tab, add the page component.

  5. Click the component to open its details page.

  6. To add a target page, in the Pages section, click Plug icon. and, in the Select items dialog box, select the check boxes next to the pages you want to add and click Select. Pages are added to the Selected pages section.

  7. In the Text link field, enter a label for the Navigation component button.

  8. To edit the label of a target page, in the Selected pages section, click Edit Edit icon., modify the label, and click Save.

  9. To change the button icon, click Change icon and select an icon from the list.

  10. To set the button style, from the Button style list, select Primary, Secondary, Default, or Link.

  11. If you want the component to open target pages in a new tab or window, without leaving the current page, turn on the Enable modal switch.

  12. If you only want specific user groups to see this navigation component, in the Usergroups section, click Plug icon., select the user groups you want to see it, and click Select.

  13. Click Save and close.
