# Edit the rights profile of an asset

You can edit the rights profile of individual assets from their details page.

To edit the rights profile of an asset:

1. On the menu bar, click **Assets**.
2. On the **Assets** page, click the asset you want.
3. On the asset details page, on the **Rights** tab, click **Edit** :mdiPencilOutline:.
4. Edit the following fields:

    | Field | Description | Mandatory |
    | --- | --- | --- |
    | **Restricted** | Defines whether the asset is restricted. | No |
    | **Has complex rights profiles** | This setting is automatically set to *true* when the asset crosses a complexity threshold. | No |
    | **Drm complexity** | [Complexity](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/match-strategies.html) of the asset. | No |
    | **Copyright** | Copyright status of the asset. | No |

5. Click **Save**.
