Sitecore Content Hub Digital Apps Connector
Overview of the CI Hub connector, the workflow to use it, and links to tutorials to get you started.
The Sitecore Content Hub Digital Apps Connector uses CI Hub, a best-in-class in-app connector to more than 57 leading DAM, PIM, CMS, Stock, cloud-storage, and work-management providers worldwide. This tool connects your Sitecore Content Hub instance to the creative service of your choice, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Figma, or Sketch.
In a traditional workflow, when you have content that you need to edit, you download the content item from Content Hub, process and save it using a third-party software, and then upload it back to Content Hub. With the Sitecore Content Hub Digital Apps Connector, you can access, search, edit, save, and upload the content item directly from the editing software you are using.
The Sitecore Content Hub Digital Apps Connector does not support all Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace products. You can find the complete list of integration options on the CI Hub connector website.
With the Sitecore Content Hub Digital Apps Connector, you have access to three folders inside the Connector's extension pane.
|Folder name||Folder description|
|Collections||This shows all your collections and the assets within.|
|Assets||This shows approved assets that you are authorised to access.|
|Work in Progress||This lets you search for (by status) and access all your non-approved assets. If you need to revisit a rejected asset, you can see why it was rejected. When you upload a new version, you can also choose to submit the asset for approval.|
