State flows

In order to streamline your processes, in Sitecore Content Hub, you can use pre-defined state flows to define a recurring process, such as the creation or review of content. The lifecycle of a content item starts in the Ideation flow and moves to the CMP flow when the idea is approved. Once in the CMP flow, the content item lifecyle starts in the To do state and then moves through the In progress and In review states until it is ready to be published.
