Create processing flows

A processing flow is a sequence of processing tasks. As part of the creation process, you must create a flow then create and configure each task in the flow.

To create processing flows:

1. On the menu bar, click Manage .

2. On the Manage page, click Media processing.

3. On the Media processing page, select the set you want to edit and click Add flow.

4. In the Flow settings dialog box, fill out the following properties:

   Field	Type	Description	Mandatory
   Name	String	Name used for the media processing flow. We recommend that you use a name that characterizes the file type category.	Yes
   Priority	List	The priority of jobs handled by this processing flow.	Yes
   File types	String	A list of file extensions to be processed by this flow. After entering an extension, confirm it by pressing Enter, the space bar, or the comma key. Do not assign the same file extension to more than one flow in a set.	Yes

5. Click Save.

After you create a processing flow, you can add tasks to it.
