# Send a test email

> To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through [user group policies](https://doc.sitecore.com/ch/en/users/content-hub/user-group-policies.html "User group policies").

You can test your templates by sending a preview email to your registered email address.

To send a test email:

1. On the menu bar, click **Manage** :mdiCogOutline:.
2. On the **Manage** page, click **Email templates**.
3. On the **Email templates** page, next to the email template you want to test, click **Send test email** :mdiEmailOutline:.
