# Supported subtitle formats

Sitecore Content Hub supports the following file formats:

- `SubRip`
- `Vobsub`

## SubRip

`SubRip` subtitles files (`SRT`) are plain text files formatted as follows:

numbering (sequentially starting at 1)
start time (`hours:minutes:seconds,milliseconds`) --> end time
Text (up to two lines)
[empty line]

```

For example:

Drinking with friends on summer evenings,

that will last a lifetime.

## Vobsub

`Vobsub` subtitles files (`SUB`) are plain text files formatted as follows:

```

For example:
