The fields of the New link modal are as follows:

| Name | Text | Name of the new link (mandatory auto-created field, editable). |
| Label | Text | Label of the new link shown in the UI (mandatory field). |
| Intent | Option list | Intent of the rendition link:

| Link expiration | Option list | Period of time before the link expires (mandatory field):

| Required permissions | Option list | Permissions required to see and consume the link, for example: Create, Delete, Read or DownloadOriginal. |
| Gateway enable watermark | Switch | Switch to turn the gateway link watermarking On or Off. |
| Enable watermark | Switch | Switch to turn the delivery link watermarking On or Off. |
| Omit watermark permission | Option list | Permissions required to omit a watermark from the link, for example: Create, Delete, Read or DownloadOriginal. |
| Intended area of use | Option list | Indicates if the link can be used in the specified areas:

| Required gateway permissions | Option list | Permissions a user needs to see the rendition link through the gateway. |
