Portal assets

Version: 3.2

When creating portal pages, all the assets available in the Search function can be used. However, assets can be created explicitly for the portal pages; these are called Portal assets.

For example, if users need a background for a tile, this could be a portal asset.

As this asset will only be used in the portal manager, the portal assets have a specific set of portal renditions.

To access the portal assets, click on the Manage portal assets button at the bottom of the pages section or in the Manage menu.
