Content review

In Sitecore MRM™, content can be reviewed within projects, stages or jobs using reviewing tasks.
Review statuses
Content items can have four possible statuses:
- New: The asset is new and still needs to be reviewed.
- Approved: The asset is approved.
- Rework: The asset needs to be reworked.
- Rejected: The asset is rejected.
Review types
Sitecore MRM™ provides three types of reviewing:
- Global review: The global review sets the item's status across all projects, statuses or jobs.
- Local review: The local review is per block, meaning it sets the item's status locally in a project, a stage or a job.
- Parallel review: The parallel review is per user, meaning each user can set the item's status independently, reaching a list of parallel reviews and statuses.
