# BOPIS overview report

In the **Analytics** section of the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), in the **BOPIS** section, the *BOPIS overview* report describes the performance of your buy online and pick-up in-store strategy.

In BOPIS reports, metrics and KPIs take the following attributions:

- **BOPIS** - when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
- **BOPIS Intent** - when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.

You can narrow down the data you see in reports using the filters at the top of the report dashboard or section. Changing these values regenerates the reports.
