# Examine data in charts and tables

A typical report in the **Analytics** section in Sitecore Discover Customer Engagement Console (CEC) is made of reports containing charts and tables.

The following lists some ways you can work with charts and tables:

- To view details of a chart's data point in an overlay, hover your mouse over the point.
- To view previous or next page of results, use the pagination controls.
- To alter size of table, select the number of items or data points per page from 10, 30, and 50.
- To sort a table, hover over a column name in the table, then click the up or down arrow, if available.
