Products performance overview

In the Analytics section of the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), in the Products section, the Products performance overview report describes the performance of the products in your catalog.

You can narrow down the data you see in reports using the filters at the top of the report dashboard or section. Changing these values regenerates the reports.

For a selected time period, you can access the following reports on products:

• Top products ranked for revenue.
• Top products ranked for views.
• Products with highest gain or drop in revenues.
• Products with highest gain or drop in views.
