# Share a report

The Customer Engagement Console (CEC) lets you share reports with other stakeholders. To share reports with stakeholders who do not have access to the CEC, you have the options to either download reports as PDF files or CSV files that you can then share using the method of your choice.

<summary><h2>Share the URL</h2></summary>

The fastest way to share a report page with another CEC users in your domain is to copy the URL, which you can then paste into an email message, your favorite instant message app, or file.

- To copy a report page URL to your clipboard, click **Share URL** ![link_icon.png](https://doc.sitecore.com/api/markdown-image/discover/en/users/discover-user-guide/images/link_icon.png).

> Viewing the report from a URL requires the recipient to log in to the CEC with valid credentials.

<summary><h2>Export as PDF</h2></summary>

To share a report with a stakeholder that does not have access to your domain in the CEC, you can export the report in PDF format and share the file using the method of your choice.

To save the report as a PDF file:

1. Click **Export as PDF** ![export_icon.png](https://doc.sitecore.com/api/markdown-image/discover/en/users/discover-user-guide/images/export_icon.png) to download the report in PDF format.
2. Open or share the PDF, available in the default downloads folder of your system.

<summary><h2>Export as .csv</h2></summary>

The data of most reports can be exported as a comma separated value (CSV) file.

To export data to a CSV file:

- In the CEC, go to the report page, click ![Additional options](<https://doc.sitecore.com/api/markdown-image/discover/en/users/discover-user-guide/images/Additional%20options.png>),and then click **Export Data**.
