Shared Session State Store

The Shared Session State Store role allows storing information about the current contact state and related data, including all data that is unique to a contact and that can be shared across simultaneous sessions. This information needs to remain accessible to other concurrent operations, for example, interactions and background processes, and can be shared across multiple sessions.

Supported infrastructure

You can host the Shared Session State Store role on:

  • SQL Server

  • Redis

  • Azure SQL

  • Azure Redis
