Access Sitecore apps
From the Sitecore Cloud Portal, you can access an app by either clicking its tile on the homepage or using the switcher menu on any page. Both options open the chosen app in a new browser tab.
If you have access to multiple organizations, the available apps will depend on the currently selected organization.
In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, SitecoreAI apps represent deployed SitecoreAI environments. If you can't see a specific SitecoreAI app, make sure that you have the correct organization and app roles and that the relevant project and environment are deployed.
You can access the Sitecore Cloud Portal at https://portal.sitecorecloud.io/.
Open an app from the homepage
You can access your Sitecore apps from the portal homepage.
To open an app from the homepage:

In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, on the menu bar, click Home or the Sitecore logo.

In the Apps section, click the app you want to open.

In the right-hand pane, do one of the following:

Click Open app.

Click a different option in the pane to access a specific area of the app. These options depend on the app type and your permissions for that app.

Open an app from any page
You can use the switcher menu to open another app from any page in the portal.
To open an app from any page:

In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, on the menu bar, click Switch to...
. -
In the left-hand pane, click the app you want to open.

In the app pane, do one of the following:

Click Open app.

Click a different option in the pane to access a specific area of the app. These options depend on the app type and your permissions for that app.
