# Export user data

In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, if you are an *Organization Owner* or *Organization Admin* you can export information about users in your organization. The export generates a CSV file containing the email address, name, organization role, app roles, and latest login date of each team member.

> **Before you begin**
> -   If you're a member of multiple organizations, make sure you've [selected the organization](https://doc.sitecore.com/portal/en/developers/sitecore-cloud-portal/portal-administration/switch-your-organization.html "Switch your organization") containing the users whose data you want to export.

To export user data:

1. In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, on the menu bar, click **Admin**.
2. Click **Export**. The CSV file automatically downloads.
