# The publishing jobs table

The publishing jobs table lets you gain full visibility into the publishing operations within your environment. You can use it to see who initiated a publishing action and when it was triggered. Additionally, you can get insights into the status of the current publishing process. This enhanced transparency makes it easier for you to monitor, track, and troubleshoot publishing activities, ensuring timely and efficient content updates.

To open the publishing jobs table:

- In the navigation menu, click **Settings**. Then, in the left-hand pane, click **Publishing jobs**.

The table lists all the publishing jobs in the environment from the last 30 days, showing the latest triggered job at the top of the table. Above the table, tiles indicate the total number of jobs in the queue, and any failed jobs in the last 30 days. This table refreshes every 20 seconds to reflect real-time status updates.
