Set Signals preferences
The Signals page keeps you informed by generating AI-driven signals tailored to your interests. When you set up your preferences, you define the topic, industry, and prompt the AI uses to generate relevant signals.
Each user can have only one active signal at a time. For best results, keep your Topic, Industry, and Prompt focused on a single area. Adding unrelated themes may reduce insight accuracy.
To set your Signals preferences:
-
In the navigation menu, click Agentic. Then, in the left sidebar, select Overview.
-
Scroll to the Latest Signals section.
-
Enter your preferences in each field. If you have previously set preferences, click Edit
before making changes.-
Topic - the main subject you want Signals to track. This is the AI’s primary focus and drives the signals you receive.
Example: TikTok ad performance.
-
Industry - the broader context that helps the AI understand the area your Topic belongs to. You can set it to the same value as the Topic if your focus is narrow.
Examples: Tiktok (narrow focus) or Digital Marketing
-
Prompt - a short instruction that tells the AI what to pay special attention to (or ignore) within your chosen Topic and Industry.
Example: Focus on emerging TikTok trends that impact ad performance.
-
-
When you're done, click Save & start tracking.
The Signals page begins generating signals automatically based on your saved preferences.
Update and regenerate signals
After you save your preferences for the first time, later updates do not automatically trigger regeneration.
To regenerate signals after making updates:
-
In the navigation menu, click Agentic. Then, in the left sidebar, select Overview.
-
Scroll to the Latest Signals section.
-
Click Refresh signals
to generate signals immediately using your latest saved preferences.
