View, filter, and search profiles
The SitecoreAI Profiles page lets you view a list and interactive map of your most recent site visitors with both open and closed sessions, and their individual profiles. You can filter for visitor profiles and identified profiles, and you can search for a specific profile by using a client ID, a profile ID, or another identifier that your organization has an identity rule for. Filter profiles using the world map
On the Profiles page, profiles are geographically plotted on an interactive world map. You can use the map to filter the profiles list by geographical location and session type.
The world map displays both live (open) sessions and recent (closed) sessions. A session opens when the site visitor first interacts with your site and stays open for 20 minutes after the site visitor's last interaction. After this time, the session is closed.
Live sessions appear with green dots, and recent sessions appear with grey dots on the map.
To filter profiles by geographical location using the world map:
-
On the Profiles page, in the Sessions section, click a dot on the world map to filter the profiles list for profiles in that geographical location.
To remove the filter, click any area on the map that is not a dot.
To filter profiles by session type using the world map:
-
At the bottom of the world map, depending on the session type you want to filter out, select one of the options. Each option hides that session type from the map and the list:
-
Live sessions - to remove live (open) sessions from the world map and the profiles list.
-
Recent sessions - to remove recent (closed) sessions from the world map and the profiles list.
To remove the filter, click the same option again.
-
