# Rename a space

You can rename a space at any time to better reflect the project, task, or campaign it represents. Renaming a space does not affect its contents, collaborators, or history.

To rename a space:

1. In the navigation menu, click **Agentic** and then, in the left sidebar, click :mdiPlaylistCheck: **Spaces**.
2. On the **Spaces** page, find the space you want to rename.
3. Click the actions menu :mdiDotsHorizontal: > **Rename**.
4. In the **Rename space** dialog, enter a new name.
5. Click **Save** to apply the change.

## Alternative method

You can also rename a space directly from within it.

1. On the **Spaces** page, click the space you want to rename.
2. In the top left corner, edit the name in the space header and press Enter.
