Add an item manually
If you want to add an item to the index immediately without having to wait for a developer or a scheduled indexing job run, you can do so using the Content Collection page.
To add a new item or index document to the index:

On the menu bar, click Content Collection, then click Content.

On the Content browser tab, click
Add Document. -
On the Add Document screen, select a source from the Source drop-down list.

For multi-locale domains, select a locale from the Locale drop-down list.

Fill in all of the fields in the Required section.
NoteWhen adding an item manually, You need to choose an ID for the document. This ID must be unique across sources.

Optionally, fill in the fields in the Optional section.

Click Save.
