# Using the advanced ecommerce features

You can leverage the advanced e-commerce capabilities of Sitecore Send using the [audience discovery](https://doc.sitecore.com/send/en/users/sitecore-send/audience-discovery.html "Audience discovery") feature. The feature uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify your target audience's behavior and preferences, allowing you to enhance your email marketing efforts with personalized content.

Before you can use audience discovery, [you have to enable it first in your Sitecore Send account](https://doc.sitecore.com/send/en/users/sitecore-send/audience-discovery/understanding-audience-discovery/work-with-audience-discovery.html "Work with audience discovery"). Once enabled, you can easily track and categorize your members based on their actions on your website.
