Add a custom domain for your landing pages

Learn how to add a custom domain for your landing pages.

You can add a custom domain (CNAME) for your landing pages to align it with your characteristics and branding.

To create a custom domain, you must create a landing page custom domain for your landing page URLs. After this domain is verified, you will be able to select it in the publishing settings of your landing pages.

To add a new landing page custom domain:

  1. In the top right corner, click Account, then in the drop-down menu, click Settings.

  2. On the Settings page, click the Branding tab.

  3. The Landing page custom domain section displays your existing landing page custom domains. Click Create new domain.

  4. In the Create new domain dialog, enter or select a domain from the drop-down, then click Create & Verify.

You cannot use the Sitecore landing page custom domain for your subdomains. Before you make any changes, make sure you have access to your domain's DNS records. Your domain name registrar or hosting provider can help you with finding additional information about your DNS records.

  5. To verify your custom domain now, click Verify DNS Record. To verify your custom domain at a later time, click Verify Later.

It takes 30 minutes or more to apply any changes you have made.

  6. When the custom domain is verified, you can continue personalizing your custom domain.
