Set conditions


Learn how to personalize your campaigns by displaying different campaign content.

The Conditional visibility setting lets you show different campaign content to recipients that meet specific conditions. This way you can personalize the content for each recipient and maximize effectiveness.

To set conditions:

  1. In the editing area of the campaign editor, navigate to the section that you want to set conditions on. On the right-hand side of the section, click Settings. For example, click the section that contains a special city trip offer.

  2. In the right pane, expand Conditional visibility.

  3. In the Custom Field menu, use the drop-down list to select the custom field you want to use as a condition, out of a list of your existing custom fields. For example, city.

  4. In the Comparer menu, use the drop-down list to select the appropriate comparer for your custom field. For example, is.

  5. In the Value field, enter the value for your custom field, for example, Rome. Then press Enter. Now only subscribers who have this value (Rome) in their custom field (City), are able to see the special offer.
