Edit an image field in the page editor

Abstract

How to add, replace, or remove an image in an image field.

When you select an image field in the page editor, the right-hand pane displays information about the field.

To add or change the contents of an image field:

  1. In the right-hand pane, click Add if the image field is empty, or Change if the field has content you want to replace.

  2. In the Add an image dialog, navigate to the image you want to display in the field.

To locate the image, you can navigate through the content tree in the Add an image dialog, or you can search for the image by name. When you type in the Search field, the dialog displays all images that have the search string as a part of their name, and are in the current folder or one of its subfolders.

    Note

If you have a digital asset manager (DAM) integrated with Horizon, you can use the DAM functionality to search or edit images that are stored in the DAM.

  3. Select the image and click Add selected.

Alternatively, you can enter the path in the Image path field.

To remove the image from the image field:

  • In the right-hand pane, click Clear.
