Upgrade a content management or standalone server

Upgrade Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (DCRM) on your content management servers or standalone server.

Note

Before upgrading, make sure your system fulfills the prerequisites for the upgrade, and that you have cleaned the databases according to the instructions in Prepare for upgrading DCRM.

To upgrade DCRM:

  1. Download the Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales package for the version you are working with.

  2. In Sitecore, in the Control panel, use the Install an update wizard to install the package.

  3. Deploy the xConnect collection model.

  4. Upgrade your existing tenants.
