Working with culture information

If you need to define behavior based on the current culture context, you can use the Sitecore.Context.Language.CultureInfo property.

For example, you might want to display the name of the current language or use a date format that's specific to the culture context. Sitecore.Context.Language.CultureInfo returns the culture of the current context language. The information returned includes the names for the culture, the writing system, the calendar used, the sort order of strings, and formatting for dates and numbers.
