Standard mappings for Salesforce tasks

Each task from Salesforce is represented in Sitecore by an interaction. The interaction is associated with an event that stores the details of the task.
This section describes how the Sitecore Connect for Salesforce CRM connector maps tasks from Salesforce to interactions and events in Sitecore.
These mappings are included as standards in the connector.
