# Accessing web visit data

Interactions can come from online or offline channels. To determine if an interaction is a web interaction, check for the presence of the `WebVisit` facet. The following list describes how to access page views, events, and other web-specific information:

- Use the `WebVisit` facet to get web-specific information such as site language and browser.
- Look at the `Events` on the interaction - page visits are represented as `PageViewEvent` objects in the list.
- Goals, outcomes, and page events are also stored in the interaction’s `Events` collection and are linked to their parent page view event by the `ParentEventId` property.
