# Configure CORS for DAM

You must configure the CORS for Sitecore Digital Asset Management (DAM) to allow incoming traffic from the Sitecore instance.

To configure the CORS:

1. On the Sitecore DAM main menu, click **Manage**.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. On the **Settings** page, click **PortalConfiguration**, then click **CORSConfiguration**.
4. Click **Add**, and add the URL for your Sitecore instance, for example, `https://www.sitecore.instance.com`.

5. Save the changes.
