This section explains how to map custom page events from Sitecore 8.x to Sitecore 9.0.

In Sitecore 8.x, little guidance was offered on how to store custom data on page events. As a result, there are many different ways that custom data is stored on page events. This section provides information on how to handle some of the more common options.
