Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales Configuration Guide

Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales comes pre-configured to synchronize contact data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Sitecore Experience Platform 9.0.1.

The product allows you to add other data from either Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales or Sitecore Experience Platform. This includes both data that is available by default and custom data you have added in your environment.

This configuration guide describes the standard mappings and explains how to customize and extend the tool with additional mappings.

Note

This guide assumes that you have installed Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales on your Sitecore server and that you have created a tenant. The installation guide covers both of these requirements. It is available on the Sitecore Downloads site.
