# Fetching layout data with the JSS Layout API

Sitecore JSS provides the [Layout API](https://doc.sitecore.com/xp/en/developers/hd/23/sitecore-headless-development/jss-layout-api.html "JSS Layout API") that allows you to fetch layout data from your Sitecore instance.
