# Forms Service

The Forms Service enables front-end applications to integrate [Sitecore Forms](https://doc.sitecore.com/xp/en/developers/104/sitecore-experience-manager/en/sitecore-forms.html) through the APIs that:

- Get form data from the [Layout Service](https://doc.sitecore.com/xp/en/developers/hd/23/sitecore-headless-development/layout-service.html "Layout Service") using a Rendering Contents Resolver.
- Accept form submissions and return JSON data in a REST service.

The endpoint for this API is `/api/jss/formbuilder`.
