This topic describes how the Sitecore Connect for Salesforce CRM connector maps Sitecore contact information to a contact in Salesforce.
These mappings are included as standards in the connector.
In Sitecore, information is associated with a contact through contact facets.
In Salesforce, information is associated with a contact through fields on the contact.
Mapping values
The contact facet provides the ability to store multiple addresses. The standard mappings only handle a single address, which is set as the preferred address on the contact facet.
